Survivors

The Survivors are human and some animals who had managed to survive The Invasion of Death Angels.

General Characteristics

There are not much common points of the several groups of survivors, but at least on the mainland, they have adapted to the Death Angels, communicating between them without words or making sound by using sign language, walking without shoes and using sand trails to avoid making noise, and the different settlements communicating between themselves with fire signals.

History

A Quiet Place

There are little to no signs of other survivors beside Abbott Family, with the only sign that showed other survivors being fire beacons every (or most) survivors would light up at night to show others they are still alive, Marcus and Lee would encounter and witness an old man (who presumably had seen his wife being killed by the creatures) commit suicide by screaming to attract a creature which makes them run away and then the creature slashed the old man.

A Quiet Place 2

The first other survivors the Abbotts would encounter would be Emmett who was hiding in a abandoned factory, later Emmett and Regan would encounter a group of feral survivors (who can be presumed to be cannibals lead by Marina Man) who attacked them but Emmett would make a noise in order for creatures to arrive and kill them, not long after that, Regan and Emmett would encounter another more friendlier group of survivors living on The Island where a Radio Station was used to help them kill the Death Angels.

Trivia

• It's unknown what animals have survived or were entirely killed/extinct by Death Angels during The Invasion in A Quiet Place.
  • In the films, fishes and birds were survived from The Invasion.
  • Raccoons may be considered one of surviving animal. However, the raccoons were killed by Death Angel because of Raccoon's Noise. Presumably, many animals were wiped out for same reasons.
  • Two Dogs appeared in second film although one of the dog in the stadium barked after witnessing the giant asteroid appeared in the sky of Millbrook. Dogs only appeared in Day One of the invasion.
• Outside the mainland, the survivors on the small island live normally because it's a safe heaven and unaffected from early day of the Death Angel's invasion.
